A proud Virginia native, Beth has called South Carolina home for over 20 years, where she lives with her husband, Steve. When she’s not designing dream weddings, she treasures time with her family, including her children, grandchildren, and Parker, the family’s beloved King Charles Spaniel.

Christine Clancy
Lead Planner
Christine, a Lexington, South Carolina native, discovered her passion for hospitality early on, earning a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in 2015. While pursuing her degree, she met her husband, Ryan, who she married in 2022. Together they welcomed their daughter, Palmer, in the spring of 2024. Now based in the Lowcountry, Christine enjoys family moments and spending time on the golf course. With eight years of experience as an event coordinator and planner on Hilton Head, she brings a high level of expertise, creativity, and passion to each wedding she plans. Christine’s dedication to collaborating closely with brides and grooms ensures that their unique visions are transformed into stunning, bespoke celebrations.
Margaret McDonald
Lead Planner
Margaret has been an integral part of the Beth Baldwin Weddings team since 2012, bringing expertise and dedication to every celebration she oversees. Born in Dallas, Texas, Margaret moved to Hilton Head as an infant and grew up immersed in the charm and beauty of the Lowcountry—a passion she channels into creating stunning, locally-inspired weddings. In 2023, she married her husband, Freddie, in a romantic ceremony overlooking downtown Savannah, further deepening her connection to the region’s rich wedding traditions. Margaret’s calm demeanor and exceptional attention to detail put everyone at ease, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for brides, grooms, and their families. Her favorite moment is seeing the joy and awe on a couple’s faces as they step into their beautifully transformed wedding venue for the first time. Now serving as a Lead Planner and Day-of Coordinator for Beth Baldwin Weddings, Margaret is committed to making each wedding day flawless.
Kendyll Gammon
Associate Coordinator
Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Kendyll has called Hilton Head home for the past six years. Kendyll brings a diverse professional background, having worked in restaurant, retail, recreation, and sales roles, all of which have deepened her passion for serving others and clarified her career path. Before joining Beth Baldwin Weddings, Kendyll was still exploring her career aspirations. However, her experiences in event planning revealed her true calling. She finds immense joy in meeting new people and helping to create one of the most meaningful and memorable days of their lives. Kendyll looks forward to continuing her journey, learning and growing alongside an incredible team, as she pursues her dream of making a lasting impact in the event world.
Roxanne Gilleland
Bridal Concierge
Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Roxanne has made the Lowcountry her home since moving to Hilton Head in 1988. With a degree in textiles and marketing, she has enjoyed a distinguished career as a fashion stylist and dress buyer, bringing decades of expertise to the Beth Baldwin Weddings team. Having styled countless brides, mothers of the bride, and even celebrities, Roxanne is a true expert when it comes to fabric, fit, and fashion.
Her vast knowledge and eye for detail make her an invaluable asset in creating stunning wedding-day looks. Beyond her expertise, Roxanne’s warm sense of humor and calming presence ensure that every moment of the wedding day is relaxed, joyful, and memorable. She is dedicated to making each couple’s experience as seamless and fun as it is elegant and refined.
